Archival and Special Collections Studies

Advanced practice in the use of archives. Students will handle and interpret unique and rare objects in special collections. Course will culminate in the design of an exhibit, educational program, or project of cultural significance for a public audience. Course given in English.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS:

Graduate students will be responsible for a more extensive syllabus and for more ambitious and sophisticated research, analysis, and writing that may include editorial practices.

Corequisites:
The course will not be open to students who have credit in the following courses: Undergraduate SPAN 4092 Graduate SPAN 6092
