Dr. Paulo Caetano

"Discursive changes and orientations to difference in racial relations in Brazil"

Dr. Paulo Henrique Caetano teaches Language Science, Media Discursive Practice, Academic Writing and Research Methodology at the Federal University of São João del-Rei, Brazil. His research topics are transdisciplinary, focusing on:  race relations, institutional discourses of urbanity and sustainability, multimodal discourses of advertisements, media analysis, and media literacy. He also leads outreach and service learning projects related to the empowerment of local press, education, and sustainable development.
