Discussion with El Hadji Malick Ndiaye Dr. Ndiaye will present and discuss his work as curator and Director of the Théodore Monod Museum in Dakar, Senegal, as well as his new project, entitled “Transmission.” At the Monod Museum, founded in 1936 as the French Institute of Black Africa (IFAN) and renamed the Fundamental Institute of Black Africa at independence, Ndiaye has experimented with research and exhibition projects that interweave contemporary art and historical heritage.
